Karan Johar has revealed the first glimpse of his subsequent Netflix film, Meenakshi Sundareshwar. It stars Sanya Malhotra and Abhimanyu Dassani being the South Indian beautiful bride Meenakshi with her handsome groom Sundareshwar, individually. Sanya-Abhimanyu is the perfect made for each other Tamil couple in this Meenakshi Sundareshwar at first glance. The opening look of the forthcoming Netflix film Meenakshi Sundareshwar was revealed by the producer recently, which stars Sanya Malhotra and Abhimanyu Dassani in leading roles. In the chief look photo, the characters appear to be adorned for a Tamil marriage. In the movie, Sanya and Abhimanyu portrait the couple Meenakshi and Sundareshwar, respectively.

While the actress looks charming as a bride in a yellowish and red saree with legendary gold jewellery, while our groom Abhimanyu looks like a conventional groom in a white shirt with dhoti. The couple are seen accommodating the saintly cloth used to celebrate the bride and groom concomitantly during the pheras.
Set in Madurai, which is in Tamil Nadu, this romantic comedy flick speaks to the sufferings and tribulations of a modern couple. Being Directed by Vivek Soni, the movie has been also co-written by him along with Aarsh Vora.

Sanya Malhotra and Abhimanyu Dassani perform the titular characters in this romantic comedy, sailed by Vivek Soni.
Set in the outset of Madurai, Meenakshi Sundareshwar recounts the story of a modern couple and how these people deal with sufferings and afflictions of life. The first aspect of the film sees Malhotra being gorgeous as a Tamil young bride in her pretty Kanjeevaram saree with gold jewellery. Dassani goes for a cute handsome groom wearing his veshti and angavastram.
